Chef Sonny Garcia, born in the Philippines. Grow up in Japan. I learned how to cook Japanese traditional food. And decided to move to America in 1987 and work with various Japanese restaurants. In 1994 I launched the first Japanese restaurant in downtown Cleveland Ohio. “Ginza sushi and steak house ” after 25 years of a successful business, I decided to retire. And I moved to California. Because of my passion for cooking. I decided to go back to work at a bistro fantasy spring casino and resort for a year. And because of love in cooking, I open my Hibachi2GO in palm desert California. Hibachi2GO is a unique concept in which people who love to eat Japanese food will satisfy their taste of hibachi & sushi prepare by a well experienced Japanese chef. Domo arigato gaisamasu.
